Tenderloin beef tips sautéed with fresh mushrooms in a Chianti wine sauce,
served over wild rice

Boneless chicken breast impressed with toasted almonds,
walnuts, and pecans, sizzled in lemon butter.

Jumbo Shrimp stuffed with crabmeat and encased in puff pastry.

~ Fresh Fish Almondine ~
Fish of the day baked with slivered almonds in white wine, lemon juice and seasonings.

~ Veal Genovese ~
Sauteed veal encrusted with crushed almonds and Parmesan cheese.

~ Portabella Ariana ~
Roasted Portabella mushroom topped with fresh spinach, melted cheese and toasted almonds.
