Tenderloin beef tips sautéed with fresh mushrooms in a Chianti wine sauce,
served over wild rice.

Made with jumbo lump Maryland crabmeat.

~ Cheese Tortellini Marinara ~
Cheese filled pasta rings in a delicious tomato sauce.

~ Veal Leoni ~
Layered breaded veal scallopine, melted cheese, fresh eggplant and marinara sauce.
